A 10 minute by boat from Uni Rao is located “Fundo Rubitsa”, the center of the production of distilled liqueur from cane, better known as “kanyaso”. During the tour, the owners explain the entire production process, and offer for tourists to try the original product – freshly squeezed cane juice, and the final product – kanyaso. In addition, they have a store, where they make tasting liqueur with fruits and plants of this region. The duration of this tour is about 1.5 hour.
