The shamanic diet with the Teacher Plants (esp.Plantas Maestras) is accompanied by a shaman(curandero) who acts as a guide and mentor. The shaman helps to choose one of the Plants of the Force, which helps to discover in man an ancient connection with nature, which many have lost in the process of the development of civilization. During the diet there are 3 ceremonies of Ayahuasca, which help to open the consciousness and strengthen the connection with the plants of the Force.
